• Enlistment as service providers:

All potential service providers on mednet are verified and enlisted upon meeting registration and service requirement. The process of verification is subject to the terms and conditions of Mednet and can be reviewed in compliance to government and health regulatory policies.

• What is the refund policy?

We operate on a trusted business model and all users of Mednet are reassured of refund if the terms of agreement are violated by Mednet.

• Supply of service request:

The supply of service upon request is a sole responsibility of vendors or service providers. However, mednet may suspend the activities of a vendor when the trade policies/agreements are violated.

• How long does it take to attend to requests?

All requests are attended to in real time. The Mednet team will get in touch with you as it relates to your requests or enquiries. Also note that the communication channels are open within stipulated durations.
